About Us

Our Story and vision

By Tom, Adventures-Scotland Ltd founder and CEO. I moved to Scotland from the Alps in 2004. I fell in love with this country very quickly and it naturally became my home. I started to explore on land and water before I became a guide. However, I never stopped exploring and the more I do so, the more I love it. I remember how I felt when I visited all those amazing places we go on our tours for the first time. This passion is the heartbeat of the company and each of us has it within ourselves. I once was in your shoes and I know where you can find what you are looking for. I also know that without the right experience and local knowledge you lose a lot of time looking for those places that are not sign posted and how easily it is to get lost in the hills as trails are not marked. In Scotland more than any other place in Europe, local knowledge is invaluable as it is beautifully wild and unspoiled. Your holidays are precious; let us make your adventures in Scotland a success. We all come from different backgrounds and life experiences. Some of us started as guides in the outdoor industry, some worked in the tourism sector until we all met! We use our local knowledge and experience to put together the perfect tour for those wishing to explore the most scenic authentic places and live their Scottish experience fully, no matter your level or ability. Life brought us together to form the dream team! Our knowledge and passion ensures we deliver the best experience of Scotland, for everyone, at every budget.

Our Mission

100% satisfaction, nothing less! We will do everything we can to make sure your holiday is a success from the beginning until the end. We share our knowledge, experience and passion of Scotland with you every step of the way. From the first moment we talk on the phone, all the way through your adventure until we leave you completely in love with Scotland. We listen to you, then give you some valuable suggestions and we put together the perfect tour, tailored to your expectations. Everyone is unique, that is why we adapt all our tours to make them perfect, for you ! We are confident that exploring Scotland with us is the best way to discover this amazing country and our clients can testify of that.
